Welcome to Artly Parties!
By using our website, booking a private event, buying tickets for a public event, or attending any of our events, you’re agreeing to these Terms of Service. These Terms are legally binding and apply to everything we offer—our services, events, and activities.
These Terms aren’t negotiable and will stay in effect for all bookings and interactions with Artly Parties, even if we’ve had other verbal or written communications. Not following these Terms doesn’t mean we waive our right to enforce them.
Even after your event is over, these Terms still apply for things like legal responsibilities, privacy protections, and intellectual property rights. If you don’t agree to these Terms, please don’t book an event, buy tickets, or attend any of our events.

Welcome to Artly Parties! By purchasing tickets, using our website, or attending our events, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.
How Our Services Work
- What We Do: We host creative art events, providing all materials and step-by-step guidance.
- Flexibility: Event details (like time, venue, or project) may change due to unforeseen circumstances, but we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
Payments and Policies
- Full Payment: Tickets must be paid in full when purchased.
- No Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer them to a future event.
- Rescheduling: You can reschedule by emailing booking@artlyparties.com at least 24 hours before your event. You’ll receive a voucher for a future event.
Event Guidelines
- Safety First: Follow all safety instructions, handle materials responsibly, and supervise minors in your care.
- Project Variations: Your artwork may differ from examples shown—embrace your creativity!
- Timing: Events typically last 2–3 hours. Arrive 15 minutes early to check-in.
- Behavior: Be courteous, follow safety rules, and avoid disruptive behavior. We may remove participants who violate these rules without a refund.
- Alcohol Policy: Only adults of legal drinking age can consume alcohol, and IDs are required at venues.
Venues and Third-Party Services
- Venue Partners: We work with independent venues that may offer food, drinks, and other services. These are separate from Artly Parties, and you’re responsible for any additional costs.
Photos and Content
- Photography: We may take photos at events for marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to this unless you notify us beforehand.
- Your Creations: You own your personal artwork, but Artly Parties retains rights to all designs, templates, and teaching materials.
Your Responsibilities
- Purchase Authority: You confirm you’re legally old enough and authorized to purchase tickets to public events.
- Group Host: If you bring guests, you’re responsible for sharing our policies and ensuring they follow the rules.
Legal and Privacy Information
- Liability: We’re not responsible for personal accidents, property damage, or third-party services. Our liability is limited to the ticket price.
- Disputes: Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Virginia, under Virginia law.
- Privacy: We protect your personal information and never sell your data. You agree to receive essential event updates via email or text, but you can opt out of promotional messages anytime.

By booking a private event, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not book or use our services.
How Our Services Work
- What We Do: We bring creative art experiences to your home, business, or chosen venue, providing all materials and step-by-step guidance.
- Flexibility: Event details (like time, project, or instructor) may change due to unforeseen circumstances, but we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
Payments, Fees, and Policies
- Pricing Transparency: Pricing for deposits, guest fees, and travel fees varies by project and is clearly communicated during booking, on the booking page, and at checkout.
- Travel Fees: Events outside a 20-mile radius of Lynchburg, VA, may incur additional travel fees.
- Full Payment: The remaining balance is due the week before the event begins.
- No Refunds: Private event bookings are non-refundable but can be rescheduled at a later date.
- Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule, email booking@artlyparties.com at least 7 days before your event. You’ll receive a reschedule voucher code valid indefinitely.
Our Responsibilies
- Setup and Cleanup:
- We’ll arrive at a predetermined time before the event for setup and will need 30 minutes after the event for cleanup.
- Please ensure the space is cleared and ready with tables, chairs, and clear access for setup.
- Property Protections:
- We’ll use protective materials (e.g., table covers, drop cloths) to safeguard your property.
- Our liability for accidental damage is limited to the cost of repairs, up to the total amount paid for the event.
Your Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable event, you agree to the following responsibilities:
- Legal Authority:
- You confirm that you are old enough to enter a legal contract and have the authority to book this event.
- You understand and agree to these Terms of Use.
- Event Space:
- You will provide a safe, clean, and accessible space for the event.
- Provide a safe and accessible space for unloading materials and parking. Communicate any parking fees or restrictions in advance.
- You will notify us in advance of any special requirements, restrictions, or limitations.
- You will supervise children, pets, or others to avoid disruptions or accidents.
- Outdoor Events:
- For outdoor events, you must provide an alternative indoor space in case of bad weather. If no suitable alternative is available, we reserve the right to reschedule.
- Safety and Conduct:
- You are responsible for your guests and ensuring they follow Artly Parties’ policies and safety guidelines.
- You will share our terms and guidelines with your group and act as the primary point of contact for any questions or issues.
- You agree to follow all safety instructions and ensure your guests do the same, especially when using sharp tools, hot materials, or chemicals.
- You understand that disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
Photos and Content

- Your Info: We protect your personal information and never sell your data.
- Staying in Touch: You agree to receive essential updates about your event via email or text.
