Y’all, it’s been a whirlwind of events back to back to back. I’ve barely had a chance to catch my breath! But isn’t that just the way I love it? When community and fun come together for a cause, the hustle and bustle is all worth it.
Sunday was a day to remember as we hosted a fantastic Drag Show Paint Party. The energy was electric from the moment the doors opened. Our Queens were fabulous as always, bringing their unique blend of charisma, talent, and flair to the stage. The crowd couldn’t get enough, cheering and applauding every performance.
This event wasn’t just about entertainment. It had a heart and a purpose. Through ticket sales, donations, and the incredible generosity of our attendees, we raised a whopping $300 for Central Virginia Regional Rescue. This organization does incredible work, and I could not be prouder of the contribution we made to support their mission.

The funds raised will go a long way in supporting the rescue’s efforts to save and rehabilitate animals in need. From securing the venue and coordinating with the Queens, to managing ticket sales and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of the event, there’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes. But seeing the smiles on everyone’s faces and knowing the difference we’re making makes it all worthwhile.
