Meet Meghan and Mary
They’ve been friends since they were kids! Meghan met her soulmate in Stephen; he proposed, and she said yes! Then, without hesitation, she called her bestie Mary in Upstate New York to put her in charge of the Bachelorette Party. It’s hard to plan a party from afar, but thankfully Mary found Artly Parties on Google. We chatted about Meghan’s interests and then brainstormed a truly unique bachelorette party experience.
Meghan Is A Mermaid Bride!
Mary and Meghan met us in Lynchburg, and they followed the Artly Party Van to Mill Creek Lake in Amherst County. We decked them out in a flashy purple mermaid tail and left them to swim in this gorgeous jewel of a lake while we set up the decorations and paint supplies. They had a BLAST! Who doesn’t love being a MERMAID!? It’s exactly the kind of detail that makes an experience extra special for the bride-to-be.

How much does a Bachelorette Party cost?
Pricing depends on your group size and what art project you choose. There is a $250 deposit that secures your date and covers the first five guests.
How long do events last?
Most events last around 2–3 hours, depending on the activity and group size.
What do I need to arrange?
Just the guest list and seating for everyone! We handle all the art supplies, setup, and cleanup.
Can I choose the venue?
Yes! Events can be hosted at your home, office, or any location you arrange in or around Lynchburg, Roanoke, Charlottesville and Danville, Virginia. If you need a venue, we can help with that, too. Don’t worry if you’re outside the general service area. Artly is a mobile art studio. We will come to you wherever you want to create art!
